the journey...
... was & continues to be a long and winding road. It hasn't always been easy, but I am grateful for all the landscapes I've explored with my curious feet, for the incredible people that have inspired & guided me along the way and for the patient teachers I've studied with! All of them are part of who I am today.

SELF-DEVELOPMENT & PERSPECTIVE
My time in school, which mostly bestranged me and failed to gift me with a sense of belonging, was followed by years of searching, longing and expanding my cultural and geographical horizons. On long journeys through faraway places, I learnt how to be on my own, how to relate to the world and how to pursue even the subtlest calling. Eventually, I also developed a deep appreciation for the homeland I had left behind.

EDUCATIONAL & HEALING WORK WITH WOMEN
Back home, I was called to become a voice for the inseparable connection between humans & nature, as well as for women's rights. I soon found my place in educational & healing work with women, and, inspired by my training as a naturopath, specialized in traditional, herbal gynaecology.
2019/20

HERBAL MEDICINE, NATURE THERAPY & LIVED ANIMISM
Over the years, my focus within herbal medicine began to shift, moving towards ethnobotanical, anthropological & shamanic perspectives on nature & healing work. Both in the clinical context with patients, as well as through leading seminars and at last in my own garden, a personal, unique approach to plant medicine developed, which encompasses alchemical principles, animistic philosophies & working with the essence of plants.

NATURAL CRAFTFORMS & ART THERAPY
Fascinated by the therapeutic connection between the closely interwoven themes of nature and art, my work has expanded to include the component of artistic creation, which I have loved since childhood. Various primitive craft techniques such as ceramics, basketry or the production of natural pigments, as well as botanical art & printing techniques, bookbinding and, last but not least, mythologically inspired writing have accompanied me ever since in my creative practice, as well as in my courses & seminars and in my work with clients.
